Dosage Suggestions:

SO CHILL SUPER SPRAY: Start with 5-10 SPRAYS in the morning, at lunch and at supper.                                                                                                                                                  SO CHILL PLUS SUPER SPRAY: Start with 10-20 SPRAYS in the morning, at lunch and at supper.

DO NOT USE SPRAY AT BEDTIME.

Continue with the same dosage for 2-3 days. Increase dose after 2-3 days if required. **Please note: It may take 1-2 weeks for your CBD levels to build up in your system. 

DO NOT TAKE CBD IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING.

INGESTING TOO MUCH CBD can occasionally cause unpleasant side effects, such as dry mouth, nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach, lightheadedness and general disorientation.

WHILE VERY RARE, LIVER DAMAGE CAN OCCUR. DO NOT TAKE GUMMIES IF YOU ARE TAKING:

• Anti-inflammatories (including ibuprofen and naproxen)
• Statins
• Certain anti-hypertensive medications
• Blood thinners
