SO CHILL & SO CHILL PLUS SUPER STAR GUMMIES: Start with ONE 25mg OR 50mg gummy in the morning, at lunch and at supper.

DO NOT TAKE GUMMIES AT BEDTIME.

Continue with the same dosage for 2-3 days. Increase dose after 2-3 days if required. **Please note: It may take 1-2 weeks for your CBD levels to build up in your system.
